Deposit: $1,000 to reserve your share. Actual total cost will be based on final weight of your share.

Storage Requirements
You’ll need a large upright freezer to store the full share comfortably.
Availability & Processing Schedule
We process beef based on demand, weather, forage quantity and quality (which impacts carcass weights), and scheduling availability with our butcher.
