If you’ve got some freezer space—or want to go in with a friend—this 1/4 share of all-natural, grass-fed and grass-finished beef is the ideal choice. With around 100 lbs of high-quality meat, it’s a great balance of value, variety, and convenience.

What's Included

  • Approximately 100 lbs of beef
    (Final weight may vary up to ±10%)

  • A balanced mix of premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more

  • Fits in about ½ of a small chest freezer or ¼ of a standard upright freezer

  • Price: $12.95/lb

  • Estimated total cost: ~$1,300.00
    (Final total based on actual weight)

  • Deposit: $250.00 to reserve your share. Actual total cost will be based on final weight of your share.

  • Balance due prior to pickup or delivery

Availability & Processing Schedule

We process beef based on demand, weather, forage quantity and quality (which impacts carcass weights), and scheduling availability with our butcher. Sometimes we may have beef shares in stock, while other times it may take 4 to 6 weeks. If you need more information on ready dates, please feel free to reach out to info@caseyredtailranch.com.

Pickup & Delivery Options

We offer several convenient ways to receive your beef:

  1. Pick up at the ranch

  2. Pick up at our butcher partner in Paso Robles 

  3. Local delivery may be avilable depending on your location (for a fee)

  4. Common carrier shipping, within California, is available for an additional fee 

Each 1/4 share is a little different, but here are some examples of what the sampler might include:

Premium Cuts:

Approx 2 lbs Rib Steak

Approx 2 lbs New York Steak

Approx 1.25 lbs Filet Mignon

Approx 2.5 lbs Top Sirloin Steak 

BBQers Delight, Approx 15 lbs Total

Flat Iron Steak, Skirt Steak, Tri Tip, Ball Tip and Flank Steak. As there are only two of each of these cuts on one whole carcass, the 1/4 share will receive a total of two or three of these cuts, but not all five.
